No Problem! Buy him the Liverpool Champions league DVD when they won it in 2005. That will show everything you need to know about passion and spirit!
Buy him a liverpool shirt too! Get him on that bandwagon and he'll stick with it for life! Also if you check out www.live-footy.org you'll be able to catch all footy games live!
I checked out the site, very cool. As I looked at it I realized that I know absolutely nothing about the sport. I'm amazed at how big the sport is there and we get zero coverage about it here.
The only time we hear about your football/soccer here is when the fans go crazy and hurt people. A lot of people think going to a football/soccer game in Europe is taking a chance with your life. Silly I know but that's what our media presents.
Sorry about the football/soccer reference I know it probably drives you crazy but it it's really hard to call two sports football.
I am hoping my son does keep playing. The sport is growing here and he seems to enjoy it. So I hope you have some good tips for me :)
It will always be football, it is after all played with FEET unlike yours which is played with HANDS! theres a clue!
Its not just big here, its big all over the world but for some reason missed out the USA! If you were to ever get to a football game, the only places really to avoid at the moment would be Italy and Turkey, that would be taking too many risks, English football is so much better than it used to be but unfortunatly the Italians havnt caught up with where we are yet!
Well, I love my football! I run a website for the side that I play for, I own my own little flat which at 27 im really bloody proud of! Im a laid back individual and have no enemies (that im aware of) I drive a Toyota Celica which is the car I wanted as soon as I passed my test 10 whole long years ago! I feel that I needed somewhere to express my views, I would love the world to hear them (especially our poxy government) so figured why not blog it, lets see what happens!!
